To our valued customers, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to do a return or an exchange within 7 days on all in-stock products free of charge.
- Email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving the item to request an exchanged
- All returned merchandise should be in its original packaging, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and unaltered before it can be approved for an exchanged
- Once we receive the item we will issue the customer a full refund or an exchange minus shipping cost, with the same method of payment within 2 business days.
- If the exchanged items is of a lower value we will refund you back the amount
- If the exchanged items are of higher value we will send a payment request for the added amount.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the item to request a return.
- Please email us with a picture of the product for our reference.
- Please contact us before returning the item. We are not responsible for any packages posted without our consent.
- The return shipping costs are paid by the customers, which is not refundable
- Please make sure that any items you return to us are trackable. We are not responsible for items that are lost during the shipping process.
- There is no restocking fee on return items.
Once we have received the return items and it's free of any damage and alteration, we will issue you a full refund minus the shipping cost, with the same method of payment within 2 business days, also please allow additional processing time for your refund to deposited in your account with your payment processing provider.
Custom Order Policy:
Unfortunately once a custom made order has been processed we are unable to issue you a refund or an exchange due to the nature of this item. Please note, that all custom order purchases are Final Sale. To avoid any problem with your custom order please make sure all your custom order details are correct, such as your wig cap measurement, wig cap style, hair length, hair colour, lace colour, the type of human hair required, hair density, texture and a clear picture of your custom hairstyle. Please note that any customized item that is purchased on our website will also fall under our custom order policy as well.
To all customers, If for any reason that you have changed your mind you can cancel your order with within 24 hours.
